Updated Review: After I submitted the review below, the seller contacted me and very professionally worked with me to find out why I had this problem. I explained that I had already returned the item to Revane so I couldn't send it directly to them for inspection and I ordered a native Canon adapter which worked perfectly so I didn't think the problem was with my camera. The seller offered to send me a new one for free to test on my camera and see if the problem persists. I got a new one and this time it worked and stayed attached to my camera. There is a SMALL play now compared to the native adapter, you don't even notice it, but it's possible that it will increase over time, I'm not sure as I've switched to a different case in the meantime. I think for the price this is a great adapter unless you run into the problem I had at first. If you can be patient and run into the same problem I had, contact the seller so you can send it back directly to them for testing. What I immediately noticed about the camera was that it was not firmly seated in the camera body. I don't know if it's defective or just a design flaw, a video is attached to show what the problem was.
