Review on 🔀 Efficient Mixing with Jiffy Mixer for Liquid Material Handling Products by Shawn Jimenez

Bought for home brewing. I used to use a chrome paint mixer with a plastic blade, but Starsan ate the chrome. This is made of stainless steel, so it should be food-safe / more hygienic and will not be eaten up by acid in the Starsan. It mixes and stirs the wort and wort well without splashing. I use it for "kneading" or mixing grains with water for puree.; I use it to remix the grain with an occasional rinse; I use it to stir the wort while chilling to speed up the chilling process; and I use it for the hot tub to minimize the amount of sediment and hop residue going into the fermenter. I know it's not what it's designed for, but it works great.
