The charger has some issues but the customer service is fantastic!
So when I first bought this it didn't charge properly and the charger acts like there is no Fitbit, you have to play with it and then my Fitbit tells me it's charging too slow. I'm betting on a design flaw. Support contacted me and they sent me a new charging station and refunded my money for my purchase. I wish all companies on Revain were like this one. I will update this review once I get a new charging station and hopefully the charging issue is resolved.
