This is exactly what I was looking for. I cut my hair so I can be on my feet all day and I wear it to work everyday on my swollen and sore heel/ankle. When I get home I also soak my foot in cold water with lots of ice for 20 minutes, which really helps reduce swelling and sometimes relieves pain completely. I love it because it gives me support and I can wear it under my toe in regular shoes and it doesn't feel weird or get in the way.
