I got the Black Friday version of Corei7, a lightning deal that cost me about $804 with some tax on it. I couldn't refuse the huge discount I got for it and now I regret it a bit. Got a laptop and wow this thing boots up completely in literally 10-15 seconds. The touch screen works great. The picture is sharp and clear. Printing works great for me. Also, don't expect to be able to run high-end graphics games on this thing. If you're getting a gaming PC, especially to run modern games like Fortnite, get something with a dedicated GPU instead of Intel Graphics HD. not even sure why it's still in computers. Now there are problems. The battery doesn't last as long as advertised, but that's always expected. I'm convinced that when they check these things, they're just sitting on the laptop and doing nothing. fingerprint reader. the dead. just doesn't scan my finger properly and it's not my finger that's the problem because every other device I own works fine. The left control button is wobbly, works and doesn't work, copying and pasting is annoying. in the video. it just freezes, why does a new laptop freeze like that? very annoying and I have to force it every time. I'm not in the US currently so I'll have to wait a bit before I can send it back to Acer for repair. I've got 90 days so that's a lot of time but dude it's just a tiresome process
