After a few years and two different houses with a 37 inch TV on the wall, I lost the OEM table stand. I kept the box etc so not entirely sure what happened to it but I was still looking for a replacement. So I looked on Ebay for a used OEM for my TV model but it was even more expensive than this one, for a good $20, and I think this one looks a lot better anyway. assemble, but you have to be careful as almost all the connection points don't turn easily. When I first put everything together and fixed the TV, I found that the whole base was crooked compared to the TV, so I had to detach myself and reposition a few screws. I just think it should be a tighter tolerance. However, it is relatively easy to assemble and very durable, which is why I still gave it 5 stars for easy assembly.
