The shipping film can be misleading if you are looking for a glare screen to get rid of the 'mirror' of a glossy laptop screen. I haven't installed it yet but I had to correct the wrong review before it was posted. Peel off the outer film and suddenly the product is the non-reflective film it's meant to be. I have a laptop with a glossy screen with no bezel that is more reflective than a monitor. I wanted the anti-glare screen to be large enough to cover as much of the "glossy mirror" as possible and not include double-sided tape, model numbers, and "distance notches" in the viewing area, so I ended up getting a screen that is larger than the size of the monitor. I'm currently at the so-called 'correct' size, but I need to view the feed and there's still a light border around the lit part of the screen. I need to trim the sides but I don't need to look through the band and I won't have a light bezel around the screen.
