Sharp knife, german steel is lighter than others
I use Zwilling, yet I bought these for my friends as an upgrade from the family heirlooms. The knives come sharp and have an interesting beveled edge.no matter, a good sharpener corrects the factory edge.As with german steel.the edge will get dings and you will need to sharpener.The weight was lighter than expected, yet very smooth and easy to use. The price is right for these tools.They may not be Henckels, nor Wusthof.yet they get the job done and are light in the hands.
