I was so ready to love this bag. I needed a larger bag because my other medium sized bag didn't have enough room for extra stuff like extra glasses, my kindle and a few other things I sometimes carry with me. The bag is cute and I didn't mean to be fancy or fun, I just wanted blue this time. As I put my stuff in I thought how nice it is that this bag has separate hooks on the sides for attaching shoulder straps, most bags don't have that. I set it up and was about to put it aside and the strap holding one of the shoulder straps just came loose. It didn't crack or tear, it just popped up without leaving a trace or evidence that it was ever fixed there. Ironically that wouldn't happen if I had to attach it to the hooks where the shorter strap is, but if it has that option on the sides it should work. Revain would have replaced it with a new one, but such a large pouch falling apart without even being filled made me lose confidence in its ability to use it the way I wanted. I didn't want to be upset and nervous about my purchase so I returned it and got a realer instead.
