. Diode in circuit test and frequency measurement function. It does NOT have these features, making it unsuitable for electronic troubleshooting. Fluke makes the best test tools and offer great value for money when you don't need those features. It also only measures MV AC, NOT MV DC. IF you want them. Order a Fluke 17b or Fluke 107 from a rental company that is out of stock at the time of this review. I order 17b. Look closely at the counters and don't believe the ads on Amazon. That was misleading.
