The ASROCK B460m pro4 board allows you to increase the TDP of the i7-10700 (without "K") from 65W to 125W. As a result, all eight processor cores operate at 4.58 GHz, and this is with a normal (8-pin) processor power supply. You can even reduce voltage by 100 MB through offset mode, so that it is less heated. By adjusting TDP, you can choose the heat dissipation for the existing cooler, so any cooler will do, even a boxed one. At 125w, of course, you need to put good cooler. With vidyuhi GTX-1070 in cinbench is gaining more than 4800 points - very decently, it turns out that expensive Z chipset and "K" processor are not needed with this "overclocking" on TDP. True memory is a maximum of 2933, only timings can be reduced. I liked that the board has 6 SATA connectors and two M2 connectors, one with a heatsink. True, the second connector cannot be used without losing SATA. I also liked ASROCK's proprietary cooler speed control system. First, the coolers are calibrated to a minimum speed, then the temperature graph is graphically corrected their work. All this allows you to achieve silence with any coolers, both processor and case.
