Headsets are comfortable, although the ear cups only cover the ear, not completely like aviator headphones. The microphone arm is very flexible but holds its position. The sound quality from the microphone and headphones is excellent. My Windows 10 system recognized and configured the headphones without any problems, and I was basically good to go. I teach a ZOOM class of 90 students and they hear perfectly, much better than the built in mic. I am very happy.
