I received 10 hard drives and all 10 are working fine. Of course, I think rationally and don't expect a cheap product to be worthy of my highly sensitive and important data storage forever. I've had them for a little over 2 weeks and the data I distributed to them (graphs, photos, documents, powerpoints, videos, music) was easily accessible to the team. I've also installed portable programs (Libre Office and Paint.net) and haven't had any discouraging feedback from anyone. Some of these reviews are heavily China biased - where do you think Lexar, ScanDisk, etc actually source their parts? I paid more for 1 ScanDisk AND 1 Lexar USB drive than the price for all 10 of those drives and they no longer work either. As a result, some people have had issues with multiple drives. I bought these because most of the reviewers gave positive reviews. If I order them again in the future and receive some discs that don't work I will contact the company and let them know. The advantage of Revain is that if you have a problem, Revain's strict policies encourage suppliers to fix it - and you usually don't have to go as far as having to use Revain. NOTHING IS PERFECT. If you treat your problems with respect, you will be treated with respect. I WILL DEFINITELY BUY THESE FLASH DRIVES AGAIN.
