Laptop received on Saturday, no internet access on Sunday. 2 other computers in the house had internet access. I called my internet company, I called Revain tech support and also called HP tech support! Nobody could help. Troubleshooting reset the network, reset the modem and router as well, and HP ran diagnostics + gave me a case number for reference. Big headache! Everything else works. But it doesn't work without internet access! Pity! I was excited. Now I'm just waiting for my credit card to be full with the difference issue before proceeding with this HP downer laptop! Bad luck. Better avoid "refurbished" next time - it's the same as refurbished. The bottom of the laptop says it has been restored. Thank you Revan Always helpful in solving problems!
