Internet access lost for 24 hours!

Laptop received on Saturday, no internet access on Sunday. 2 other computers in the house had internet access. I called my internet company, I called Revain tech support and also called HP tech support! Nobody could help. Troubleshooting reset the network, reset the modem and router as well, and HP ran diagnostics + gave me a case number for reference. Big headache! Everything else works. But it doesn't work without internet access! Pity! I was excited. Now I'm just waiting for my credit card…
