Review on Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC (Poly) Monaural Headset - Connect to PC/Mac, Teams, Zoom & More with Noise Canceling by Eduardo Frederick

This headset is not comfortable for me at all. My previous (cheaper) ones were so comfortable and easy enough that I couldn't do without them. This is not convenient and not intuitive. Too bad I didn't wait until the end of the return period. I ordered it a few months ago thinking my other one was dying but only started using it about 2 weeks ago when the other one finally died. The power button is in a very awkward spot and I have to constantly pull it out of my ear to find the corresponding buttons for volume control etc. Also, I leave my phone on my desk all day and leave my ringtone on silent...so as not to startle me when he calls. Notifications in the headphones are more than enough for me. But unfortunately every time I use the handset it automatically cranks the phone volume up to full volume and every time it rings I almost have a heart attack! I turn the bell down, he rings the bell again. :( My other devices never did that. I don't want that anymore!
