Warning Waste of money Do not buy this item. Read my review to understand why I say this. Let me explain that I've been waiting for the release for over 4 months. I even pre-ordered this product. I was so excited to finally have an all-in-one gaming device that I can take with me when I travel, but to my surprise, this device wasn't what it was advertised at all. After 7 days of testing, here is my review of the device. The box is very cheap, it won't hold your playstation in place no matter how hard you pull on that cheap strap and the spacer it rests in is too short leaving the playstation sitting on a sloping edge or you the HDMI cable damage rear. Also, they claim that for me it's compact with a smaller footprint. I totally disagree, this thing is huge, it takes up about 30% of a queen bed or 60% of a table and it's heavy, probably with a £20 playstation, it just doesn't fit in as advertised. The screen is awful, I mean it in the best possible way but they call it an IPS panel which has to be the ugliest color rendering ever made because I have an Asus IPS gaming panel and it looks 5x better for it a quarter of the price. Also, there is absolutely no storage space to tuck away the cable without scratching the panel and the included pouch is too small, it's a very well built pouch, unlike the actual carrying pouch, but the pouch fits 1 controller and 1 Power cord , which is literally bad engineering in games. Then the speakers are awful, I turned them 100% and never heard footsteps, hardly could my friends here, generally there, be as muffled as the speakers in a $20 Tracphone. Case i It has a cool plastic design, yes it looks like a honeycomb which is cool but that's where it ends, the patches are very difficult to open and you have to get creative using both hands to close the latches open when you try to just pry off the weightless ground. back to bad engineering design again. Let's talk about customer support that doesn't exist. I called 5 times and left messages. Nobody has ever called me back to help me with this product. You might think that $400 trying to help you isn't there for sure, it's just about getting your money in exchange for a terrible product. Let's talk about the price, it goes beyond overpriced. You can buy a 24-inch Asus 1080p IPS panel with good built-in speakers and no bezel for $120, brand new, and a PlayStation 4 carrying case that will hold your console, cables, controllers, games, and headphones and It includes you never have to take your console out of your $30 bag, brand new, all on Amazon for only $150 compared to almost $400 an hour, and you still need to buy another case for controller games and headphones .
