Lots of project potential, nice to have some on the shelf
I used this screen along with some stainless safety wire to create a flame arrestor for a dirt bike, passed the visual inspection with no effect on performance.
Cuts easily with tin snips and retains its shape when bent.
Pros
- Got it to stop the wood worms and other bugs from coming through the vent. Worked like a charm.
Cons
- The 0.4mm wire diameter may be too thin for certain applications, potentially making the mesh more susceptible to damage or wear and tear
