Great, except for one big flaw

First, it's a great blender. He's super powerful and I haven't found anything he can't handle. To be honest I think I could use it as a wood chipper. The vertical shank of the blade is awesome and sucks things up better than any other blender I've had. But. The legs and especially the handle have small holes through which water and mold can penetrate. If you clean the blender jar in the dishwasher, the situation is even worse: a fine mash of ground food collects in the handle. There is no other way to clean it than to take apart the legs and handle with a screwdriver and a tool. Luckily there are videos on YouTube that will show you how to do it. (It's easier to take apart than put back together.) This is very disappointing because it's an obvious design flaw that they should have known about. The previous model had the same problem, but you could take the handle apart to clean it. Instead of fixing the problem, they made it worse. Manufacturers have a FB page where many people are reporting this issue. At first they replied to every person who asked them to DM them, but they don't anymore: they just don't reply at all. I like the mixing performance but have to take it apart with a screwdriver. Cleaning is a problem for me.
