What a great little find! I came across this while ordering something similar but it never arrived so I decided to give it a try. THIS IS THE BEST TOOL FOR NAIL DECORATION! It holds the bottle securely yet is easy to insert and remove. The angle is adjustable. The quality seems decent. Nice. It really helps open bottles easily and is handy too. In general, if you do your own manicure, you need it, even if you don't know it yet!
