Autel makes great products and has great support. I already had ts508 and a few questions. They followed within minutes. That's why I chose this one. I wanted a scanner that wasn't too expensive (not interested in wireless) and had everything I needed myself (particularly bi-directional control). The scanner comes in a nice case, with an od2 connector and a charger. In the photos it was connected to my wj looking for high tps sensor spikes. Good ability to draw charts with a record (so I can draw the wires and then display the data). My only complaint at the moment is that it doesn't charge via the obd2 connection. In addition, the delivery was quick and professional.
