If you don't know what that is, let me explain what it really is. It's basically a lip balm in a tube that you apply with an applicator rather than straight from a cartridge. The texture is exactly the same as any drugstore lip balm I find, which is actually good for me as my lips are very dry year round and even worse in the cold months. I've only used it a few times and I can already say my lips are more hydrated. Is it $20 for a lip balm? If you think it's worth the price, then do it because it's good!
