I've seen Swap Bowls but haven't tried them yet. I've thawed frozen salmon chunks and they were ready to cook in about 45 minutes! The tray is lightweight and can be stored together with cutting boards. Excess water from thawing stayed on the board so the countertop didn't get wet. I will use it again - no more standing at the microwave and wondering how long to thaw food without "cooking" it!
