🦀 Seafood Restaurant's Ultimate Defrosting Solution: Efficient Defrost, Thaw, and Serve Review

The steaks don't seem to defrost faster than if I put them on a regular plate. What I also don't like is that it can't be washed in the dishwasher. The only reason I gave it one star is because it's lightweight.

I've seen Swap Bowls but haven't tried them yet. I've thawed frozen salmon chunks and they were ready to cook in about 45 minutes! The tray is lightweight and can be stored together with cutting boards. Excess water from thawing stayed on the board so the countertop didn't get wet.
