Review on 🌀 Honeywell 176 CFM Indoor Evaporative Air Cooler: Stay Cool with Remote Control, White/Gray (CS071AE-X2) by Darrick Dobbin

I'm an HVAC specialist and know how they work. I would definitely recommend this cooler in lower humidity environments. When the humidity is high, it's basically just a fan. And they provided that information. If the humidity is low (50-60% or less) using this will give you great bang for your buck. It consumes very little power. The fan is not very powerful and is not needed for this purpose. The fan actually generates little heat, so for evaporative cooling it is better to use a lower powered fan. I like that it's quiet. If you want something that blows your hair out, that's cool too, but that's not what this thing is for. I'm really happy with it. Of course, it is less powerful than an air conditioner, but the running costs are almost negligible.
