Boy, that's an error. where would i start As others have said, it's too heavy. No one has bothered to figure out how to put it or lean it against a wall due to the unusual size or battery. If you try it will collapse and break the device or something you like or smash your leg. All attachments are great but useless as the suction power is not only poor it's practically useless except for light dog hair, that's all. We even tried a smooth brush and a bristle brush in the suction nozzle. None of them worked well, even on a light layer of normal dirt. The only positive is the lighted brush, which unfortunately shows how much dirt the vacuum cleaner does NOT pick up. We have now made a costly mistake.
