Great first homebrew!
I had never brewed schnapps and was nervous. The instructions were comprehensive and easy to understand. Any questions I had were answered with a quick YouTube search by beer type and brand. I have to say I didn't have high hopes when I tasted it before bottling, but a week or so of sparkling in the bottle made a huge difference. I really enjoyed doing it and drinking even more. I will buy this again!
