This item was easy to assemble and fairly sturdy but like other things with an open design it moves a little when you try to move it but it doesn't wobble. one piece. I didn't use the straps or pads that came with it, but instead used a Babies R Us changing pad and it fitted with no problems (although it fits snugly and covers the open slits on the side). The "drawers" are long and old, but the material seems difficult to clean when it gets dirty. I've put my baby on it a few times for changing but he's still awake in his room so I didn't use it much (hence the 4 stars). I was able to easily put this together in a room with my 3 year old.
