bought these as disposable brushes as I see I always throw away $20 brushes thought it might be worth a try. They come in really cheap packaging, although the brushes are much better than they look in the packaging, I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I have used, no problem. I used another to apply linseed oil, first coat with no problems, cleaned the brush with solvent and pulled out a few (3) bristles a few hours later when I applied the second coat but that was before with a Purdee Brush Happens Overall these brushes, worth about $1.50 each, are excellent. Buy another set before they sell out.
