I bought it because I needed a monitor with low latency and fast response for gaming (mostly emulation, 8/16/32-bit and arcade games). I knew I needed a 27" screen (bigger, if I'm sitting at my desk it's a bit bigger) and for my purposes I didn't need better than 1080p and 60/75 Hz (my laptop only plays video with it anyway 60 Hz off, so something higher would be sufficient). overpriced for no reason). It ticks the bill with an estimated input lag of 10ms (which is great) and a response time of 1ms gtg, which eliminates almost all ghosting/trails. Capcom/SNK 2D fighters have never looked or played better to me on flat screens and MAME than they do now. I also tested CS:GO on it and it ran smooth (well, smooth for 60Hz) with little or no ghosting. Absolutely perfect for my purposes. PS Make sure you adjust the picture settings to improve the color/brightness. There are some recommended settings you can find by googling this model.
