This take on iced coffee is much quicker than trying to brew cold coffee, which takes several hours for the ice to melt over the ground coffee and then ooze out. This type of iced coffee is also much tastier than ceramic jar recipes where you soak the coffee in water for a few hours or overnight before filtering it for use. It tastes great for homemade iced coffee, although you'll need to work out the exact sizes you want to use for your iced coffee. The glass carafe is also great as it comes with a pour spout lid so you can easily make a whole carafe of iced coffee and store it in the fridge.
