Bought them twice. We first bought them for our hotel security to be able to keep in touch with our reception team at night. We have a small three story hotel with 70 rooms. They work great and are easy to charge. They are beautiful and light, which makes it easy for women to put on a skirt or trousers, and the radio does not tighten clothing. We bought them a second time because the first test went so well. Now the service staff and maintenance staff have one to help us communicate. For a small, inexpensive investment, our entire hotel team can now have a radio. We've been using it for about 4 months with no problems. I have used many radios over 7 years and this is by far the best. No antenna to drop off. Easy to charge. Connects like a cell phone without the hassle of a clumsy simple charger. Light. Clear reception. 16 channels to choose from. I don't know if they are suitable for a high rise building but they are perfect for our 3 story 70 room hotel.
