Leak in shipping envelope

Great product! Delivery was bad. The plastic bottles were placed in a small plastic bag and then placed in a shipping envelope. The bottles leaked, the plastic bag leaked. The inside of the envelope was wet and the face masks were in the same envelope! Use a box to deliver liquids. It's not the driver's fault, but whoever put the liquids in the delivery envelope should think twice._
