The platform we are using for our call center has many features that make it easy to use in combination with other products from this vendor or others within their ecosystem like Twilio SMS messaging API etc.. They also have great customer service support who can help you resolve issues as soon problems arise so far very satisfied! We were able too implement some pretty complex speech recognition integrations into existing systems at low cost compared against competitors which made things much easier than expected! This was especially helpful when tryingto get new customers up & running quickly by reducing training periods significantly - saving us time without adding more costs!!
