I would like to say beforehand that I was very concerned about receiving a two-tier product based on some reviews. The product is clearly not going to be top notch for the price, but I'm a bit surprised at how perfect it really is! The steam wand is finicky and I'm still concerned about it, but once you get it working it evaporates pretty quickly and creates the perfect froth. Otherwise, the espresso is served sparingly, has a decent crema (but of course that could be related to the type and grind of the espresso), the first shot tasted very bitter, but every subsequent shot was delicious. In general very happy with the money. spent on the product. Now I can make my own white mochas at home! Too bad Starbucks. Maybe I'll buy your thermos!
