We're using this software to manage our client's invoices, payments & receipts within their accounting system (SAP).
The platform is user friendly which makes it easy for employees to access any information they require without needing IT assistance. This has reduced time spent accessing documents as well as reducing errors that would occur when looking up an invoice in another program/application. It could be improved by having more templates available so we can make better use of resources but I am sure there will always be demand from customers who want customised products or extra features not currently offered out-of-the box with the standard product range.
