No real instructions

I am now charging this item received today so II cannot yet comment on how well it works. I was fortunate to see a sticker on its UNDERSIDE that said to charge for five hours. Included in the box it came with was a piece of paper with some useless information on it, as well as a diagram. Why doesn’t the manufacturer include real instructions?If it works, I will review this again.a few weeks later: The plastic clasps on the holder broke broke after two uses.Get a better one.
