Does not center the steering wheel.
Poor technique but still well done. The splines don't line up to form a perfect top center to the steering wheel. One notch and your 1 degree to the left. Proceed to the next notch or spline and you will turn 3 degrees to the right. I've tried 5 times to fix it but to no avail. Poorly designed for the upper middle. My factory wheel was perfectly true so I know it's that hub. 2 stars are still too many.
