A while ago I bought an Inswan document camera and I use it to take pictures of all my documents for document storage. It worked very well. Recently, due to the coronavirus situation, my daughter was forced to do all her school projects at home. Therefore, she needed to find a solution that could effectively demonstrate to her teammates how to perform specific tasks in real time over the internet. She was thrilled when she realized she could integrate my document camera with Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts. So she started using it and was even more excited when she discovered that she could annotate her footage in real time and write comments right over anything on that screen. This feature proved extremely useful during the web conference discussion. And because this camera works with both Macs and Windows PCs, pretty soon everyone on her team was buying the same camera.
