I ordered this product in mid July so about 5 months ago. My printer is Canon Maxify iB4020. The package was well protected and included gloves which is a nice touch. The print quality was fine until Christmas. I used the printer cleaning function and everything is back to normal. until error code B504 appears. I called 1800OKCANON (customer service) about error code B504. The representative told me that the pigment ink warms up a bit before printing. Canon ink is patented, which means nobody knows the recipe. My compatible MS Deer ink is defective or the print head nozzles are stuck. In fact, code B504 means my printer is not working. I wanted to save money with this mascara, but I was wrong. Of course I would like to get my money back. I was just asking. EDITED Received great customer service after contacting seller.
