This could be 5 star but they need to fix some things. The metal used is ok its not too thin or easily bendable. It's not as flimsy as the other brands that cost more BUT when mounted to a tripod or holder it wiggles with a lot of play making it not a sturdy set up. It does not screw on securely. You can turn it easily. So if you're using this for a projector the slightest tap will move it out of position.It's bigger than the other brand I bought for $20.👍 It did come with the adapter but I can see how others didn't get it. Its loose in the packaging and can easily fall out. It's not in a bag or taped anywhere.The threading is rough on the adapter and my tripod screw did not screw in flush I had to use a washer. The adapter did screw into the plate flush but was course and I needed to use a screwdriver. The biggest thing was the dent that I had to bend out with some pliers. 🤨If you can make it work with those issues like I did it's the lowest priced option for the money. Who knows if the dents are coming from manufacturing or delivering. Other than the dent there were no scratches or blemishes.
