acts as a thick pre-filter
air filter to fit Lexus GS350 2013 but also has a foam layer glued onto the filter pleats which acts as a thick pre-filter. The car felt a bit sluggish with it and was no different than my 30,000 mile OEM filter it replaced. Returned. Update: Bought an OEM filter from a Lexus dealership and immediately felt the difference when I replaced it. An Ecogard filter can filter very well, but does not let air through very well at all.
