I think the product is good overall, it does what it is supposed to do, looks good and is made of good material. However, I think there is a usability issue: when I'm in a Zoom meeting, I click on different apps and do my work during the meeting, and since Zoom isn't the active app, as soon as I leave it, the mute buttons and cameras do not work. I have to click the zoom screen again and then use the buttons which at this point allowed me to just click the mute button on the zoom screen. I don't think it's necessarily the product's fault, and don't know if they can do anything about it at all, but it's a big usability issue in my use case.
