Very soft in my opinion, not strong enough on the sides.

This is a nice bed but the sides are a little flimsy. When the dogs pay on the side, there isn't much support. You should fill the bottom and pull the sides up. Not sure if making the bottom pad removable was a good idea since my pup pulled it out first lol but that could only be her. I was looking for ease in washing, didn't think she would make it her toy, fool me! It's very soft and they use it, just wish there was a little more support (maybe more padding?) on the sides.
