I wouldn't normally review something like this, but I feel compelled to share that the telescopic feather duster far exceeded my expectations. It is very durable. The telescoping arm is like an old-fashioned TV antenna that you drag to rise above the TV. If it's ahead of your time, it's a sort of retractable pointer that you can carry in your pocket for presentation purposes, but it's longer and more secure. I took it out of the plastic and saw that it was longer than I expected. I could stand behind the chair next to the piano and easily reach the keyboard and lid. It's very light, yet very controllable. I also have pesky dust lurking in the corners above my head. Standing on the floor in the hallway, I dusted off a pendant light that I can't reach with my three-step folding ladder. (I have to pull out a large ladder to change the lightbulbs.) The fluffy rag hangs from a strong metal wire at the end. You can bend it 90 degrees to clean the ceiling fan. I know it sounds weird, but I haven't been this pleasantly surprised by a product in a long time.
