A technician told me not to risk my printer with another brand of cartridges and that all sorts of bad things could happen. It got to the point where I couldn't afford a big brand anymore. The cartridges are easy to insert and print beautifully. Package instructions are bad, but you don't even need them. I will make the same decision when the time comes.
