Like most people who work from home, I needed a speaker for all day conference calls because laptop speakers can't handle it. I just wanted USB power for myself and this one had decent reviews. I followed the instructions and made sure to turn the mic volume down in settings and such and thought it was fine. I hear more calls than I speak, so I didn't care for that for a long time. I then shared the app with a co-worker and when my volume was turned on there was a horrible echo for the other caller. I couldn't hear the echo, but the other guy could, and it really messed with my train of thought. All I had to do was call the conference on a mobile phone with headphones so we could work together.
