My gym uses SPD spin bikes and I got tired of using cages so I decided to swap out the spikes. But that meant I could no longer use my Peloton that came with the Look Delta pedals - an annoying dilemma. This set was SO EASY! Just make sure you have the tools (a hex wrench for removing the cleat/installing the SPD cleat and a 5mm wrench for removing the Peloton brand pedals). It literally took less than 5 minutes, and I'm not a practical person! A simple solution to an annoying problem. In all honesty, Peloton should include reversible pedals with the bike. The kit also includes a set of Look Delta spikes should you need them. Excellent and light product. I looked at the placement of the spikes on YouTube and was good to go.
