Great tool for speed training or just a harder run! The rope holding the parachute is about 4 feet long, which is the perfect length to keep your feet from snagging on it without pulling it too far. The belt adjusts a waist of about 60 inches and fits very well. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because the belt tensioner is loose and difficult to understand, I haven't looked too closely and I'm sure if I did I could figure it out, but otherwise like it it me !
