Fixed 2003 Jetta TDI in emergency mode

Jetta TDI randomly went into emergency mode and was told I needed a new turbo. Found out the possible reasons and replacing the actuator was one of them. Decided to try it and it worked. The Turbo is back in action and only cost me $40 plus $75 to install at my local shop.
